Schedule and Pricing

All classes are currently online due to COVID-19. Please ​email me to register and receive the Zoom link: diptibendigeri@gmail.com, except for Earth Treks or Lotus point Wellness classes/workshops.

The first class will be complementary.  Thereafter, one may purchase 5- or 10-class pass packages or drop in to classes. Class pass packages expire after one year. 5% off on a 5-class pass package and 10% off on a 10-class pass package.

Regular Yoga class: Drop-in rate is $12.00 a class. Small group class: Drop-in rate is $20 a class (These classes typically have 3-5 participants, and provide individualized attention to deepen your personal practice and achieve your individual goals).

Mondays 7-8pm EST, 5pm MT (Temporarily suspended)

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm EST ($12)

Slow Flow Classes

Tuesdays 5-6pm ($20, small group class)

Private Instruction

Private sessions available upon request.

Individual private sessions allow us to work together to ease into yoga practice that is appropriate and customized to your unique requirements in a safer manner. The greater level of guidance, assistance, and tailored teaching approach makes the yoga practice more beneficial to help you reach your health goals.
